You may receive the following error message on a blue screen in Windows NT Server 4.0:
Stop 0x00000024 (0x00190201, 0xf1525364, 0xf15251a0, 0x8019fdfd)
Note that not all "STOP 0x00000024" error messages are caused by the problem described in this article. Also, the parameters may vary depending on the system configuration.
CAUSE
This error message can be caused by a synchronization problem in the NTFS file system that causes a pointer to be freed while it is still in use.
