When you try to edit text in Microsoft Publisher by using the
Edit Story in Microsoft Word command, you may
receive the following error message:
PUBLISHER
A Word Story Editing error occurred.
Microsoft Word may be busy, or there may not be enough memory. Wait a
moment for Microsoft Word to finish. If this doesn't correct the problem,
try making more memory available by saving your work and closing other
programs; then try again.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs if the following conditions are true: - Norton AntiVirus 2000 is installed on
the computer.
- The Norton AntiVirus Office plug-in is enabled.
NOTE: This behavior can also occur if not enough memory is
installed in your computer.
