SYMPTOMS

When you share the desktop, a program, or multiple programs during a NetMeeting conference, the local pointer may appear black or distorted.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are using an outdated video adapter driver.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, obtain and install the most current video adapter driver available. For information about how to do so, view the documentation included with your video adapter, or contact the manufacturer of your video adapter.
