SYMPTOMS

When you try to share programs in NetMeeting, you may receive a general protection (GP) fault error message.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you are using a Diamond Viper display driver on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade to NetMeeting 3.0 or later. For information about obtaining the latest version of NetMeeting, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
