To find the usage for the Gflags.exe tool, type the following command at a command prompt:

gflags /?

NOTE: Running Gflags.exe without any command line arguments displays a graphical user interface (GUI) version of the Gflags tool.

You can use the GlobalFlag value to control system behavior for debugging purposes. The GlobalFlag value is located in the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
