WD2000: DMM: Cannot Print Postal Bar Code After Upgrade to Version 2.02.0042 (241834)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to print envelopes from Microsoft Direct Mail Manager, the postal bar code does not print even though it appears correctly in the preview pane.

RESOLUTION

Upgrade your installation of Microsoft Direct Mail Manager to the current version. To do this, do the following:
  1. Start Microsoft Direct Mail Manager.
  2. Click Next.
  3. In the Locate List dialog box, click Options.
  4. On the Optional Steps tab, click Check now.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Direct Mail Manager version 2.02.0042.  This problem was corrected in Microsoft Direct Mail Manager version 2.02.0043.
