When you gain access to documents from a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Uniform Resource Locator (URL), the document is pulled from the temporary Internet files cache even if the Check for newer pages option is enabled in Temporary Internet Files settings.

To work around this problem, click Refresh or press F5 to refresh the FTP URL.
