XADM: IMAP2bis FIND Command Not Supported in Exchange 2000 (241596)

When IMAP2bis clients send the FIND ALL.MAILBOXES command, Exchange 2000 responds with the following bad protocol error message:
Unidentifiable command specified.
CAUSE
Exchange 2000 does not support the IMAP2bis FIND ALL.MAILBOXES command. Instead, it supports the IMAP4 LIST command to get a listing of folders.
