This article was previously published under Q241469 SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to send a picture or a project through e-mail from
Microsoft Picture It!, you may be prompted to configure an e-mail client.
After you configure an e-mail client and return to Picture It!, you may
receive the same message again.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because the Send command only checks
to make sure that an e-mail client is configured the first time that
you select it during a Picture It! session.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue:
- Save the picture or project that you are working on.
- Quit Picture It!.
- Restart Picture It!.
- Open the picture or project that you want to send.
- Send the picture or project through e-mail.
You only need to perform this procedure once. Picture It! recognizes your
e-mail client the next time that you send a picture or a project.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
