PI: Cannot Apply Bold Formatting to All Fonts (241465)

SYMPTOMS

When you edit text in Picture It!, you cannot apply bold formatting to all fonts.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the font has a bold format by default, or if bold formatting is not available for the font.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
