Outlook delegates that receive vCalendar meeting requests from PROFS users must post the meeting to the delegate's calendar and then manually copy the entry to their manager's calendar.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).

To temporarily workaround this problem, allow the appointment to be incorrectly added to the delegate's calendar. The delegate can then manually drag the appointment to their manager's calendar.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a.
