SYMPTOMS

When you play Microsoft NBA Inside Drive 2000, the shadow of the basketball may appear as a black circle inside a white box.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, disable shadows in NBA Inside Drive 2000:

  1. On the NBA Inside Drive 2000 startup screen, click Options.
  2. Click the Performance tab.
  3. Under Shadow Type, click None.
  4. Click OK.
