SYMPTOMS

When you start Microsoft NBA Inside Drive 2000, reflected light may appear as white patches on the stadium floor.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if a Creative Labs Graphics Blaster 3D video adapter is installed in your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, set the Stadium Detail setting in NBA Inside Drive 2000 to Medium. To do this:

  1. On the NBA Inside Drive 2000 startup screen, click Options.
  2. Click the Performance tab.
  3. Under Stadium Detail, click Medium.
  4. Click OK.
