SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to change the location in which Microsoft Outlook Express mail is stored, you cannot specify a network share as the new location.

CAUSE

Because of potential reliability problems with gaining access to information located on a network share, the ability to designate a network share for the default mail storage folder is unavailable.
