Money 2000: Cannot View State and ZIP Code of Financial Institution on Contact Information Screen (240585)

When you view the Contact Information screen in Microsoft Money
2000, the state and ZIP code of the financial institution are not visible
in the Address box.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Address box only displays the
first three lines of the financial institution's address.
RESOLUTION
To view the state and zip code of the financial institution, click inside
the Address box with your pointing device, and then scroll down to
view the state and zip code.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATION
The city, state, and ZIP code of the financial institution are formatted
to appear on three separate lines when you set up online services for the
financial institution in Money 2000.
As a result, only the city of the financial institution is visible when
you view the Address box.
This issue is resolved in Microsoft Money 2001. The city, state, and ZIP code appear on the same line in Money 2001.
