Direct Mailer may send e-mail messages to an incorrect recipient. For example, User1 may receive an e-mail message that is supposed to go to User2. When this problem occus, User1 receives two e-mail messages that are intended for other users. Note that this only occurs intermittently under stress.
CAUSE
Direct Mailer performs an Address Book lookup against ou=members in the directory. Although this is performed correctly, the process of resolving the names in a distribution list is done asynchronously. As a result of a timing problem, an incorrect address is used to build a message.
