Works 2000: You Are Prompted to Update the Same Birthday or Anniversary Date More Than Once (239965)

When you click Birthdays on the Edit menu to update the calendar with address book birthdays and anniversaries, the following behavior may occur:
- The Works Calendar dialog box may appear more than once for that same birthday or anniversary date, asking you (with the following message) to update the date:
The birthday or anniversary for Name in your Address Book is different than the date in your Calendar. Which date is correct?
Calendar date is correct: Calendar Date
Address Book date is correct: Address Book Date

- Microsoft Works 2000 automatically updates the information in both the Calendar and the Address Book. However, the "number of events" value is incorrect when the following message appears:
Microsoft Works successfully updated the Calendar with birthdays and anniversaries from your address book for the following: number of events events.
CAUSE
This issue can occur when all of the following conditions are true:
- The calendar has been previously updated with the address book birthdays and anniversaries.
-and-
- You modify the birthday and anniversary dates for one of the entries in the address book.
-and-
- That same entry in your address book has both the Birthday and the Anniversary fields selected.
