Works Suite 2000: Picture It! Express File Does Not Appear on Works Task Launcher (239964)

SYMPTOMS

When you open an existing Microsoft Picture It! Express file, the file may not appear on the History tab of the Works 2000 Task Launcher.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, resave the Picture It! Express file:

  1. Start Picture It! Express.
  2. On the File menu, click Open.
  3. Click the project that you want to open, and then click Open.
  4. On the File menu, click Save.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Works Suite 2000.
