To change the graphics on the greeting card templates that are included with the Word for Macintosh Special Edition for iMac and iBook, do the following steps:
  1. Select the graphic by clicking on the graphic outside the table boundary.
  2. Press DELETE to delete the graphic. The insertion point should now be within a table cell and not in a text box.
  3. Do one of the following methods.

    Method 1: For Clip Art

    1. On the Insert menu, click Picture, and then click Clip Art.
    2. Select the clip art image that you want, and click Insert.
    3. Click the picture to select it.
    4. On the Format menu, click Picture.
    5. On the Position tab, select the Float over text check box.
    6. On the Wrapping tab, click None for wrapping style. Click OK.
    7. Go to step 4.
    Method 2: For Other Graphics

    1. On the Insert menu, click Picture, and then click From File.
    2. Select the graphic image you want.
    3. Select the Float over text check box.
    4. Click the Insert button.
  4. Change the position and size of your picture as needed.
