Control Panel, your personalized settings may be changed the next time that you log
on to the computer.CAUSE This issue may occur if the following conditions are
true: - More than one person uses the
computer.
- Another person using the computer also changed the settings
in the Mouse tool.
- Multi-user Settings are not enabled on the
computer.
RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, enable and configure Multi-user
Settings on your computer. To do this, follow these steps: - Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Users.
- Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to configure the
Multi-user Settings.
