SYMPTOMS

When you spell check a word processor document created using a template in Microsoft Works 2000, you may receive a message stating that the spelling check is complete before any misspelled words in the document are identified.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, click your pointing device at the beginning of the document to insert the insertion point, and then press F7.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
