Works 2000: Some Text May Be Missing When You Use the Avery 5165 Labels (239373)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Avery standard 5165 - Full Sheet labels, some text may be missing from the left and/or right margins.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur because the Avery standard 5165 - Full Sheet labels do not have any margin indentations set.

NOTE: Changing the margin settings under Page Setup on the File menu does not resolve the issue.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, try printing to a different printer. This behavior does not occur on all printers.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
