Works 2000: White Text in Word Processor Document Is Not Printed (239359)

If you format a Microsoft Works 2000 Word Processor document with black shading and white text (also called a reverse field), the black shading may be printed without the white text when you print the document.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:
- You print the document to a Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 4Si
printer.
-and-
- The printer is configured to use vector graphics.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, configure the printer to use raster graphics:
- Start Works 2000 Word Processor.
- On the File menu, click Print.
- In the Print dialog box, click Properties.
- Click the Graphics tab.
- Under Graphics Mode, click Use raster
