Works 2000: HTML Document with Picture Opens Without the Picture Visible (239353)

When you open an HTML document in Microsoft Works 2000 Word Processor that contains a picture, the text is visible as expected, but the picture is missing and has been replaced by a blank frame.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the HTML-to-Works converter does not convert picture files correctly.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, you may replace the empty box with the missing image. To do so, follow these steps:
- Click the blank frame that you want to replace.
- On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click From File.
- Browse to find the picture that you want, and then click Open.

To work around this issue, open the HTML document in a Web browser such as Internet Explorer.
NOTE: You are not able to edit the document, but all the text and images are visible.
