SYMPTOMS

You cannot use Microsoft Works to create return address labels that contain pictures.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the Works Word Processor does not support the "Through" text wrapping style, which wraps text around the perimeter and inside any open portions of the selected object.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
