Works 2000: "Filter and Sort" Command Is Not Selected When You Sort a Mail-Merge Document (239275)

SYMPTOMS

When you perform a sort in a mail-merge document in Microsoft Works 2000 Word Processor, the Filter and Sort command is not selected. However, the Filter and Sort command is selected when you perform a filter in the mail-merge document.

To see the Filter and Sort command, click Mail Merge on the Tools menu in the Microsoft Works 2000 Word Processor.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Works 2000.

MORE INFORMATION

This issue does not affect the ability to perform a sort in a mail-merge document in the Works 2000 Word Processor.
