Works 2000: Wrong Page Is Displayed When You View a Page in the Print Preview Window (239273)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to view a page in the Print Preview window in Microsoft Works 2000 Word Processor, the wrong page may be displayed.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if multiple pages are displayed in the Print Preview window.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, scroll to the page that you want to view.

NOTE: The page number of the document is displayed on the status bar at the bottom of the window.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Works 2000.
