Works: Euro Currency Symbol in Header or Footer Is Not Printed Correctly (239269)

When you create a document using the Microsoft Works Word Processor,
and you save the document with a file name that includes the Euro currency symbol (?), the Euro currency symbol may be printed as an E.
For example, the file name is Euro?.wps, but the file name in the document header may be printed as EuroE.wps.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:
- The file name of the document includes the Euro currency
symbol (?).
- You insert the name of the file in the document header
by clicking Insert Document Name on
the Header and Footer toolbar.
NOTE: The Euro currency symbol in the header appears correctly
when you click Print Preview on the File menu.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact your printer manufacturer to inquire about
how to obtain and install the latest printer driver for your printer.

To work around this issue, type the file name in the header or footer
instead of using the Insert Document Name button on
the Header and Footer toolbar.
