Works 2000: Picture Object Disappears When Resized (239223)

When you insert a picture into a document, the picture may disappear if you adjust the size of the picture object.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:
- You use the Height and Width boxes on the Size tab of the Format Options dialog box to adjust the size of the picture object.
- The resized picture object is larger than the available area on the page.
NOTE: The picture is moved to the next page of the document, but the focus remains on the text or the insertion point, which is on the current page.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, resize the picture object by using the sizing handles.
NOTE: When you click a picture object, sizing handles appear at the corners and along the edges of the picture object.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Works 2000.
