When you click any command on a menu in any of the Microsoft Works 2000 programs, you may receive an appropriate dialog box, but the font in the dialog box may appear different than normal and some of the options may be unavailable.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if your computer is low on Graphics Device Interface (GDI) memory.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, follow these steps:
- Quit all the programs that are open on your computer.
- Shut down, turn off, and then restart your computer.
