SYMPTOMS

When you run the Systems Management Server (SMS) Installer on a Microsoft Windows 95-based computer, and you attempt to print an IPF script file, both the Print Preview and actual printed output are corrupted. This behavior does not occur on Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows NT-based computers.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, open the IPF file in Notepad or move the file to a Windows NT-based computer for printing or viewing in Print Preview.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Systems Management Server Installer.
