BUG: BOL Incorrectly States That SQL Server Doesn't Support TOP Queries (239092)

SYMPTOMS

The Migrating Top N Queries from Access to SQL Server section in the Books Online incorrectly states that the Access syntax for Top N or Top N Percent queries does not exist in SQL Server 7.0. This is incorrect and the syntax for TOP is contained in the SELECT (T-SQL) section of the Books Online.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
