NFL Fever 2000: Stops Responding or Quits When You Start Program (237715)

When you start Microsoft NFL Fever 2000, the program may stop responding
or quit before the introductory video clip begins to be played.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if one of the following conditions is true:
- Virtual memory is turned off.
- Virtual memory is turned on, but less than 50 megabytes (MB) of
hard disk space is allocated for use as virtual memory.
- Virtual memory is turned on, but less than 50 MB of hard disk
space is available for use as virtual memory.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, make sure that at least 50 MB of hard disk space
is available, and then turn on virtual memory. To do this:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click
Control Panel.
- Double-click System.
- Click the Performance tab, and then click Virtual
Memory.
- Under Virtual Memory, click Let Windows
manage my virtual memory settings. (Recommended).
- Click OK, and then click Close.
- When you are prompted to restart the computer, click
Yes.
MORE INFORMATION
NFL Fever 2000 does not display a warning message when system resources,
such as memory or hard disk space, are low. Microsoft recommends that you
check the status of your computer's system resources before you start NFL
Fever 2000.
