Extra fields when merging contact fields in current view in Outlook (237594)

When you mail merge your contacts and use only Contact fields in current view, the Insert Merge Field in Microsoft Word shows extra fields that were not in your contact view.
CAUSE
The Outlook mail merge feature includes the following fields in addition to those selected in your contact view:
- Due_By
- Flag_Status
- Message_Class
- Read
- Sensitivity
- Subject
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
