SYMPTOMS

When you connect to a Windows Terminal Server terminal session, input locale changes that you want to make to the terminal session are also reflected on the local workstation. You notice the input locale indicator changes on both the workstation and the client session.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
