SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to install the Microsoft Small Business Tools located on the Microsoft Office 2000 (or Microsoft Word 2000) Disc 2 (CD2), Microsoft Direct Mail Manager (DMM) or Microsoft Small Business Financial Manager (SBFM) may not appear as available options in Microsoft Small Business Tools.

CAUSE

This behavior of Microsoft Direct Mail Manager is by design and is only available to install when your computer's regional settings are set to the following:
  • English (United States)
