SYMPTOMS

When you print an online Help topic from the Microsoft SideWinder Game Controller software, text boxes may overlap, graphics may be compressed, or text may be truncated at the margin of the page.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you attempt to print the selected Help topic in landscape orientation.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, configure your printer to print the selected Help topic in portrait orientation.
