When you attempt to view the properties for one of the game controllers listed at the beginning of this article in the Game Controllers tool in Control Panel, you may be unable to do so.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true: - An Asus V-2740 video adapter is installed in your computer.
- Your computer is configured to use a 24-bit color palette at a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels.
