VIZACT: Animated GIF on Page Makes Object Borders Blink (236664)

When you have an animated image inserted on the page, any object you select with resize handles will blink when you select it.
CAUSE
As the screen is refreshing with the animated image, the resize handles do not remain solid the entire time the image is refreshing. This causes the handles to appear as if they are "blinking."

This behavior will occur only when an animated image is on the screen. If you move the image off the screen, to the gutter of the page, the border resize handles will display normally. Note that this behavior will not be apparent when the page is viewed in your Web browser.
