MNK Pro: Media Hot Keys do not work correctly (235923)

When you press one of the following media Hot Keys on the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro, the Hot Key may not work correctly:
- Play/Pause
- Stop
- Prev Track
- Next Track
This issue can occur even if the following media Hot Keys work correctly:
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:
- The media player you are using is Voyetra AudioStation 32.
- You are using a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use the AudioStation 32 utility to control audio playback.
To start the AudioStation 32 utility, click Start, point to Programs, and then click AudioStation 32.STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro, version 1.0.
