SYMPTOMS

When you press an Internet Hot Key on a Microsoft Keyboard, nothing happens.

CAUSE

This issue occurs if you start or restart your computer and press an Internet Hot Key before the startup sequence is complete.

RESOLUTION

To prevent this issue from occurring, wait until the startup sequence is complete and your default mouse pointer appears on the screen before you press an Internet Hot Key.
