Runtime Error R6002 with Screen Power Speech and MS-DOS Programs in Windows 98 (235705)

When Screen Power Speech is installed and running in an MS-DOS virtual machine (VM) or at an MS-DOS command prompt, you may receive the following error message when you attempt to start other MS-DOS programs:
Runtime Error R6002
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the Screen Power Speech program uses memory management differently, which may cause RAM and/or video memory to be unavailable when needed.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, upgrade or replace the MS-DOS version of the speech program with a newer version or with a program that is more compatible with Windows 98.
