SYMPTOMS

When Internet Explorer is in Full Screen mode, it is not possible to minimize Internet Explorer by left-clicking Internet Explorer on the taskbar.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, right-click Internet Explorer on the taskbar, and then click Minimize, or click the Minimize button on the upper-right side of Internet Explorer.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

This problem was corrected in Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition and Microsoft Windows 2000.
