Windows Does Not Require You to Press CTRL+ALT+Delete to Logon (235308)

After you click to select the Require users to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete before logging on check box on the Advanced tab of the Users and Passwords tool, the computer may start without requiring you to press CTRL+ALT+Delete to log on.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if your computer does not belong to a Windows NT domain and you use only one default user account on your computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click Users and Passwords.
- Click to select the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer check box.
