Windows CE Handheld PCs (H/PCs) and Palm-Size PCs (P/PCs) do not have support for Calling Card or Credit Card rules in Dialing Properties.

This article contains steps to setup a "Dialing Property" for Calling Card and Credit Card capability:
  1. Create a "New Connection" in the Remote Networking folder. To do this, click Start, point to Programs, point to Communications, point to Remote Networking, and then click Make New Connection.
  2. Start the new connection
  3. Click or tap Dial Properties.
  4. Click or tap New.NOTE: Here you create a new Dial Property for dialing away from Home or Work that requires credit card or calling card properties.
  5. Click or tap Dialing Patterns.NOTE: Here you can edit the dialing pattern for the new Dialing Property.
