PRJ: Error When Changing a Resource's Working Time (234424)

In Microsoft Project, when you change a resource's working time, the changes may not be retained or you may receive the following error message:
The Command is not available in this situation.
A command in a macro may not be available for this particular view or for the item selected.
CAUSE
The behavior occurs when you change a resource's working time and a drawing object is active on a Gantt Chart view.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, select a task row before you change the resource's working time. This makes the drawing object no longer active.
