When you attempt to start a program or view a Web address by using the Address toolbar, nothing may occur.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you have the Address toolbar enabled, but do not have the Quick Launch toolbar enabled.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, right-click the taskbar, point to Toolbars, and then click Quick Launch.
