In step 1 of the second procedure, Outline view may already be turned on.

Change step 1 to read:
"Start a new document, using the appropriate template, and switch to Outline view if it's not already turned on."

Page 123: Missing Text In Step 2 Of 2nd Procedure

In the first bulleted entry of step 2 in the second procedure, replace the text "a number" with "the character's ANSI code".

This item should read:

The wording in step 2 of second procedure is incorrect. Change:
