SBFM2000: Cannot Update Reports After Remapping Data (234136)

When you click Recalculate Reports on the Financial Manager menu, the following message appears:
All the reports in this workbook are already up to date. There is no need to update your reports.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you do the following:
- You import accounting data into the Small Business Financial Manager.
-and- - You create reports.
-and- - You click Remap Data on the Financial Manager menu.
-and- - You click Recalculate Reports on the Financial Manager menu.
WORKAROUND
Re-create your accounting reports using the Report Wizard. You cannot update existing reports after remapping data to new accounts.

When you remap accounts to different account categories (for example you move an asset account to an expense account), you cannot use the Recalculate Reports command to update existing reports you have created. You must create new reports based on the new account structure.
