SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to print a Help topic in one of the programs listed at the beginning of this article, only part of the Help topic may be printed.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, copy the Help topic text, paste the copied text into a word processing document, and then print the word processing document containing the Help topic text. To do this:

  1. Display the Help topic you want to print.
  2. Drag to select the text of the Help topic, and then press CTRL+C.
  3. Open a blank word processing document. If you do not have a word processing program, you can use Microsoft WordPad. To open a blank WordPad document, click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, and then click WordPad.
  4. Press CTRL+V to paste the Help topic text into the word processing document.
  5. Print the word processing document containing the Help topic text.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
